Day 1 : Fes

On the first day of our 8 Days Morocco itinerary, We will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity for a first tour of the city. Dinner and overnight accommodation at the hotel.

Day 2 : Fes - Merzouga

we depart from Fez towards Merzouga. We will journey through the Middle and High Atlas Mountains, passing the Ziz Valley, where vast palm-filled oases appear. Throughout the day, we will experience the typical southern Moroccan landscape. We will arrive in Merzouga at sunset, at the gateway to the desert. Overnight accommodation in our hostel, a traditional adobe Kasbah at the foot of the Merzouga dunes.

Day 3 : Merzouga

In the early morning on the third day of your Luxury Sahara desert trip, before the heat sets in, we will take a 4×4 and explore these lands. First, we’ll visit the Dayet Srji lake, home to flamingos, then head to the house of a Gnawa or Bambara family, descendants of slaves brought from Black Africa, who will treat us to their traditional music. We will venture into the dunes, where the Paris-Dakar rally passes, and meet semi-nomadic families living amidst the sand and stone. A true adventure! Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel and leave the 4×4 behind. In the afternoon, we’ll ride camels to the heart of the desert, where we’ll witness an unforgettable sunset. Dinner and overnight accommodation in Haimas in the middle of the desert.

Day 4 : Merzouga - Rissani - Tinghir

We wake up early to witness the spectacular sunrise on camelback, then return to the hotel to refresh and enjoy breakfast. Afterward, we head towards Rissani and Tafilalet, the birthplace of the Alaouí dynasty. These cities are located along the road leading to the magnificent Todra Gorges, offering stunning views of the valley from the hill.

Day 5 : Tinghir - Boumalne - Skoura - Ouarzazate

We continue through the picturesque Valley of the Roses, known for its rose cultivation. We take in the vibrant colors of the mountains, the palm groves, sweet corn fields, and fig trees, as well as the ruins of many Kasbahs along the Route of the Thousand Kasbahs. We arrive in Ouarzazate by late afternoon and settle into a riad for the night.

Day 6 : Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

On the sixth day From Ouarzazate, we will continue our Morocco desert luxury tour head to the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, the “Mother of all Kasbahs,” a stunning Berber architectural masterpiece over 800 years old. We will explore the ruins that showcase the ancient culture of its inhabitants. Our journey continues along a dirt road that climbs for more than 8 km, eventually leading us back to the main road to Marrakech. We will pass through the Almond Valley, the Berber villages of Shluh in Amerzgan, Agouim, and Ighrem, before reaching the Tizi N’Tichka Pass. We will have lunch in the Berber village of Tadart, then continue to Marrakech, arriving by late afternoon.

Day 7 : Marrakech

After breakfast at the Riad, we will begin our Marrakech Private desert tour, “the red city.” We will visit the most significant historical and cultural sites, including the Majorelle Gardens, the Saadian Tombs, and the Bahia Palace. After lunch at a restaurant near the famous Jemma El-Fna Square, we will explore the souks, where we can admire various traditional crafts. The afternoon will be free for you to explore other parts of the city at your leisure.

Day 8 : Marrakech
