Following lunch, we’ll continue our journey to Ouarzazate, known for its film studios and the movies shot here by famous actors. After visiting the city, we’ll drive through the beautiful Rose Valley, famous for its stunning landscapes and roses, before arriving at our hotel/riad in Boumalne Dades for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Dades Valley - Todra Gorges - Erfoud- Erg chebbi

we’ll begin the second day of our Private Marrakech desert trip by departing from Boumalne Dades towards the Sahara Desert, heading for Erg Chebbi via the city of Tinghir. Our first stop will be the Todra Gorge, located between two massive mountains with a river flowing through the valley. We’ll explore the source of the water and its path, and also visit the palm groves near the valley, which are home to around 30 palm plantations.

Once we finish our visit, we’ll leave Tinghir and travel to a small town where we’ll have lunch at a traditional restaurant popular with tourists. After lunch, we’ll head towards Erfoud, aiming to arrive early at the camel station where our camels and guide are waiting for us. We’ll go on a camel ride through small dunes, stopping along the way to rest and enjoy a beautiful desert sunset, with plenty of opportunities for photos. After the sunset, we’ll continue our journey to the camp, where a warm welcome awaits. You’ll settle into your tents, relax, and later enjoy a delightful evening with Berber music, a campfire, and a sky full of stars, ensuring a memorable night under the Sahara’s vast sky.

We’ll also visit a small village of Black people, where we’ll experience their traditional culture and enjoy a performance of Gnawa music.

Next, we’ll head to a small lake that serves as a gathering point for the local villages. Afterward, we’ll have lunch at a restaurant in the center of Merzouga, followed by some free time to take a short walk on your own. In the evening, we’ll head to the hotel where you’ll spend the night.

Day 4: Midelt - Azrou - Ifrane - Fes

The fourth day of our Luxury Sahara desert trip begins with traveling through Draa Valley to Errachidia and Fes. We’ll make a brief stop at a panoramic viewpoint in Draa Valley to rest and take some photos. Do I need a visa to travel to Morocco?

It depends on your nationality. Many countries, including the USA, UK, EU nations, and some others, can enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days. However, travelers from certain countries need to obtain a visa in advance. It’s best to check with the Moroccan embassy or consulate for specific requirements.

What are the must-visit places in Morocco?

Is Morocco safe for tourists?

Yes, Morocco is generally safe for tourists, but like any travel destination, it’s important to take precautions. Petty crimes like pickpocketing can occur in crowded areas, so keeping an eye on your belongings is advised. Respecting local customs and being aware of cultural differences can also enhance your experience.

What should I wear when visiting Morocco?

Morocco is a conservative country, so it’s recommended to dress modestly, especially in rural areas and religious sites.
